- By getting a higher list penetration (defined as # completes/list size) on requalifications, we significantly reduce the number of (higher-priced) new names that are required
- By also getting a higher list penetration on new names, we lower your list purchase costs,
since you need a smaller list for the same number of completes

Specifically, for each 1% increase in the average list penetration rate on a project, your total project cost decreases by 2-3 cents per complete. Therefore, if our response rate is 15% higher than another vendor, it will save you 30-45 cents per complete.* |
